Want to add something unique to your next event? Our flower bar pop-up is the perfect activity for hotel events, winery events, bridal & baby showers, wedding receptions, birthday’s or any special occasion. This Flower Pop Up is for your guests to create their own floral bouquet to take home.


The starting package includes approximately 110 individual stems of flowers and greenery, allowing your group to make 15-20 mini bouquets of 5-7 stems. We source our flowers from Napa Valley flower farmers (and surrounding areas) as much as possible.


Package Includes:

9 Flower types in the color palette of your choice. These could include but are not limited to; Roses, Zinnias, Cosmos, Sunflowers, Strawflowers, Dahlias, Asters, Carnations, Daisies.

2 Greenery types. These could include but are not limited to; Eucalyptus, Ruscus, Grasses, Solidago

Tissue paper and ribbon for finished bouquets

Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included within Napa & Sonoma counties.


The following items are included with the flower bar package as rentals and must be returned at the end of each event:

Galvanized Metal Vases with flower labels.

Signs with directions on how to create bouquets.

Floral clippers to trim stems after arranging bouquets.

Small trash bucket to collect trimmed stems.

Table (if needed) and table cloth


Terms and Conditions:

We need a minimum of two weeks notice to make this event a success.

The flowers included with the standard flower bar pop-up package are designer selected. This package does not allow for client specified flowers or custom requests (although we can certainly try to accommodate requests). A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled event will receive a refund of 50% of your total package.
