Flower Pop-Up Bar Policies & Agreement

Reservation & Payment Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your selected date and time.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received in full.

• Dates and times are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, for any reason.

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of the business.

• If you book within 14 days of the event, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Failure to attend the event or arrive on time does not qualify for a refund or credit.

Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the flower pop-up bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You understand that participation may involve the use of tools, floral materials, glass vases, wire, scissors, and other equipment that carry an inherent risk of injury.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to cuts, allergic reactions, or other injuries.

• You release and hold harmless [Business Name], its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event.

• You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided during the event.

General Terms

• Participants must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• The business reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner.

• By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
