Private Group In-Studio Floral Class Policies & Agreement

By booking and attending a floral class at Arden Road, you agree to the following policies and terms.

Booking & Deposit Policy

• A $500 or 25% refundable deposit (whichever is less) is required to reserve your class date and time. The deposit becomes non-refundable 10 days prior to the event.
• Your date is not secured until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date.
• Deposits apply toward the total cost of the class.
• Guest count/attendee count can be adjusted up to 10 days prior to the event.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled class are non-refundable, including the deposit.
• Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the class are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit, at the business's discretion.
• If you book within10 days of the class date, all payments are final.
• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

Class Participation & Studio Guidelines

• Participants must arrive on time to ensure the best experience for all guests.
• All students are expected to follow instructor guidance and studio safety rules.
• Floral classes involve the use of tools such as floral wire, glass vessels, sharp instruments, and fresh botanical materials.

Waiver of Liability & Assumption of Risk

By attending the floral class, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Floral classes involve the use of tools such as floral wire, glass vessels, sharp instruments, and fresh botanical materials.
• Participation may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to cuts, allergic reactions, or other injuries.
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
• You release and hold harmless Arden Road, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the class.

Health & Allergies

• It is your responsibility to disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to participating.
• Arden Road is not responsible for allergic reactions to flowers, plants, pollen, or other materials used during class.

Age Policy

• Participants must be 16 years or older, unless otherwise approved and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during classes for marketing and promotional purposes.
• By attending, you grant permission for your likeness and floral work to be used unless you notify staff in writing prior to the class.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking and/or attending a floral class at Arden Road, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined above.
